Socials, Weddings, Fundraisers, etc...

General Bookings (Weddings, Anniversaries, etc...):
(Rental Fee and Damage Deposit MUST be received 14 days prior to event)

Friday & Saturday   -      $400.00
Monday to Thursday -    $250.00

Socials:

Friday & Saturday   -      $500.00
Monday to Thursday -    $250.00

Rent includes - Bartendar (1), Ice, Cups/Glasses/Mix.

Refundable Damage Deposit (Weddings & Socials) - $1,000.00
Refundable Damage Deposit (Other events) - $100.00
(A $100.00 deposit is required when booking - refundable if event cancelled eight (8) weeks in advance)
Refundable Cleaning fee if kitchen is to be used - $100.00

Refund Conditions:
Tables & chairs put back to original configuration
Tables cleared and garbage removed
Kitchden & equipment left in condition it was found
Decorations taken down
No damage has been detected
No rowdiness was allowed
Renters have choice of obtaining their own permit or allowing the Branch to operate a cash bar.
(Renters must provide their own mix AND GLASSES if they obtain their own permit).

Renters may make arrangements for their food.

The kitchen has two (2) electric stoves but no fridge.

A refund of $100.00 is given if the Legion Cash Bar is used.

Members discount is $50.00.

Groups using the upper hall are restricted to that area unless a member of the Branch has signed them in as Guest.

The Legion reserves the right to cancel any event by giving sufficient written notice (7 days).
